What Your Package Includes:

• - Exclusive access and use of the venue property for up to 3 hours on event day
• - Accessibility to property for decoration and set-up for 2 days before event
• - Use of venue for wedding rehearsal
• - Parking and two parking attendants during arrival of guests
• - Electrical service for ceremony
• - Rustic wedding arbour, cast-iron urns and charming swings
• - Wood bench seating
• - Use of property for photo session on day of event
• - Fabric, signs, rustic wood cross for decor if desired
• - Portable washroom unit

Optional add-on:
Use of forest area for cocktail hour/snacks for guests (2-hour maximum) - $450

Initmate Wedding Pricing:

Up to 25 persons - $2800; Up to 10 persons - $2500

Note the above pricing includes HST, but does not include insurance for the day of the event.
